There are so many facets to not only promoting but actively demonstrating equity in the workplace, social media promotion is just one relatively small yet potentially powerful way of doing so.

Inspired by silhouetted illustrations, I chose to push the diversity as far as I could for Protecta and yet I still feel I didn’t have nearly enough space; a tale as old as time.
